What type of handset do I need to use M-Swipe?

M-Swipe works with any handset capable of receiving SMS, which includes virtually any mobile phone produced within the last 10 years. It also works with Blackberries, I-Phones and other modern ‘smart’ phones and PDAs.

Do M-Codes work on any phone?

M-Codes work on any make or model of phone produced since 2002, and many older models as well. M-Codes use the most direct delivery methods, ensuring that over 90% of handsets in the developed world, and over 65% of handsets in the developing world can use M-Codes.

What security measures do you use? / How do you keep my business safe?

All data transmitted through our gateway is encrypted by our secure server software using 128 bit encryption, keeping your customers' personal information, and your business data, completely safe. We also take measures to detect and prevent fraud...before it affects your business.

Can our existing loyalty card scheme be transferred over to M-Coupons?

Yes. Your existing loyalty campaign can be transferred in its entirety to M-Codes. It does of course help if you have mobile numbers for all of your existing loyalty scheme members, but it's not essential. With the correct hardware in place your loyalty scheme can be switched from plastic cards to M-Coupons overnight.

Will my existing scanner work with m-codes?

M-codes rely on 2D or imaging scanners. If you no longer have documentation for your scanner hardware we can generally advise you on the specification on the basic of the scanner name or model number. We can also perform a quick test on your mobile phone to determine if you have the correct scanner.

Do you supply scanners?

We can supply scanners either on a retail or leasing basis. We offer trade discounts for any customers using our services, and leasing options that allow you to spread the cost over a comfortable period of time. For one off events, we can also rent out our scanners for as little as 1 day at a time.

What software do I need to use your applications?

Absolutely no additional software is needed to use any M-Media Farm products…we provide you everything you need.

What type of credit or debit cards can my customers pay with when I use M-Swipe?

In the UK, M-Swipe will allow you to process all major UK cards including Visa, Mastercards, Solo (Switch), Maestro, and Visa Electron. All M-Media Farm Products are available in any country worldwide. Please contact us to find the cards available in your country of residence, or the countries you do business in.

Can I use M-Swipe when I am working abroad?

Aboslutely. And that is the beauty of M-Media Farm products. You can use them right across the globe. We have partnered with the world's leading network operators so that our customers...and your customers...can be truly mobile. You can accept payments, or run viral campaigns from your notebook PC on a flight to Tokyo, just as easily as your customers can purchase your tickets or join a coupon scheme whilst they are on the beach on holiday.

Can I take payments from customers in other countries?

Yes. With M-Swipe, you can take payments from customers not only in the UK, but world-wide.

Which countries can your products be used in?

All M-Media Farm products are available across the globe. We work closely with the world's leading network operators in order to allow our customers to run a truly mobile organisation. You can accept payments, or run viral campaigns at your desk at work, or on the beach on holiday.

I don't have a Merchant Account. Can you set me up with one?

Yes. We have partnered with several acquiring banks to offer our customers reduced rates on their merchant numbers.

Can I sell my own mobile content using M-Pin?

Definitely. M-Pin can be integrated into any organisation which needs to take automated mobile payments from their customers. This can range from ringtones and picture messages to MP3 downloads.
